Ability to create and adapt unit plans using provided curricular resources such as Amplify CKLA, i-Ready and Fundations. Implementation of accommodations and modifications. Co-plan, co-instruct, and co-assess with diverse learner teacher(s) and other staff to deliver accessible, standards-based instruction to individual students, small groups, and the whole class Interest in working collaboratively and reflecting on practices to improve instruction for all students.
