Teachers must effectively collaborate with colleagues to advance the school, be dedicated to designing and implementing engaging learning activities that are intellectually challenging and understand that once hired, taking courses in gifted education is required. High quality PD promotes collaboration and informed knowledge about implementation of our program and can be used for licensure advancement or renewal.
