Our gym provides a safe and engaging environment where children can develop their physical abilities, build confidence, and make new friends while having fun. We offer age-appropriate classes focusing on physical development and sports skills This position requires travel to schools for coaching PE classes as per Tumbles curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct PE and sports classes in schools as per Tumbles guidelines and school's direction Plan and lead age-appropriate gym/sports classes and activities for children, incorporating elements of play, fitness, and skill development. Ensure the safety of all participants by enforcing gym rules and maintaining a clean and organized gym environment. Provide personalized attention and encouragement to each child, helping them set and achieve their fitness goals. Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing feedback on children's progress and addressing any concerns or questions. Collaborate with other gym staff to promote gym programs and events, contributing to the overall success and growth Participate in cleaning and sanitizing of the gym areas in order to maintain hygiene

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of child development principles and the ability to create engaging and age-appropriate activities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with children and parents alike. Passion for promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles in children. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends where required, to accommodate the needs of the gym and its members Preferred availability
