Aug 24, 2026 Job Description First Branch Unified District encompasses Tunbridge and Chelsea students in PreK-8th grade. We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Education and Health Teacher for the Chelsea campus for the 2026-2027 school year. This position will serve preschool and 5th-8th grade students. The ideal candidate is licensed in physical education and incorporates lessons of health and fitness into classroom activities. Additionally, the right candidate is organized, works well to support academic teams, and has an interest in supporting outdoor education. They also possess the ability to work collaboratively, have strong communication skills, and understand the individual needs of students. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to clearly communicate with staff, students, and parents are essential. First Branch Unified District is a Responsive Classroom and PBIS district.
