Adjunct Faculty - Physics

Manchester Community College is seeking qualified individuals who are interested in adjunct teaching at the College on a course-by-course basis; strong academic background is required. We are currently accepting applications to teach Physics for both the upcoming Summer and Fall semesters. The courses are for on-campus, flex and online modalities. Adjunct appointments are temporary, for a specified contract period and may require in classroom or online instruction.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

Master's degree in Mathematics./

Physics Experience:

Two years of teaching or business/industry experience directly related to physics. The Vice President of Academic Affairs will determine adjunct levels. Adjunct level will be determined based upon Education and Experience. Rates for the Fall 2026 semester will be: Level 1

• $850.00 per contact hour for the course Level 2
• $925..00 per contact hour for the course Level 3
• $1000.
