This role is for someone who understands that childcare is more than supervision. It is shaping early learning, building safe spaces, supporting teachers, and giving families peace of mind. As our Licensed Childcare Director, you will help oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with licensing standards, support classroom teams, and create an environment where children feel seen, safe, and ready to grow.
