Director of Preschool

Duties Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance preschool curriculum, facilities, and overall program quality Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring efficient allocation of resources while maintaining high standards of care and education Manage daily operations of the preschool, including staff supervision, student enrollment, and compliance with licensing regulations Lead recruitment, hiring, training, and professional development initiatives for teaching staff and administrative personnel Foster a positive, inclusive environment that promotes safety, creativity, and social-emotional growth for all children Collaborate with educators to design engaging lesson plans aligned with educational standards and best practices in early childhood education Maintain strong relationships with families, providing regular communication on student progress and program updates Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education Administration, Early Childhood Education or related field; a Master's degree is preferred Proven experience in preschool management or early childhood education administration Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff effectively Expertise in strategic planning, budgeting, and resource management within an educational setting Knowledge of licensing requirements and regulations governing early childhood programs Demonstrated commitment to fostering an inclusive and nurturing learning environment Prior university experience or teaching background in early childhood education is highly desirable Join us as our Director of Preschool , where your leadership will inspire young minds and support their journey toward lifelong learning. Pay:

$63,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
