Job Description

Overview Join us as an Early Head Start Quality Support Lead and become a vital catalyst for fostering high-quality early childhood education and family engagement. In this dynamic role, you will lead efforts to ensure program compliance, enhance service delivery, and support continuous improvement within our Early Head Start initiatives. Your expertise will empower teams to deliver enriching experiences for infants, toddlers, and their families, creating a positive impact that lasts a lifetime. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence early childhood development through dedicated leadership and innovative support strategies. Responsibilities Provide expert guidance and technical assistance to program staff to uphold quality standards aligned with federal and state regulations. Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of program improvement plans based on data analysis and ongoing assessments. Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and coaching opportunities focused on best practices in early childhood education, family engagement, and program administration. Conduct regular site visits and reviews to evaluate program fidelity, identify areas for growth, and recommend actionable solutions. Collaborate with stakeholders including community partners, educators, and families to promote a cohesive approach to early childhood services. Maintain comprehensive documentation of program activities, compliance reports, and quality improvement initiatives. Stay current with evolving policies, research, and trends in early childhood education to inform program enhancements. Qualifications Higher education teaching experience or background in early childhood education or related fields. Demonstrated expertise in Early Childhood and Head Start Prior university experience or involvement in higher education settings is highly desirable. Proven ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students, families, educators, and community partners. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey expectations and feedback. From $28.00 per hour
