In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of preschool operations, ensuring a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young learners. Your leadership will foster a collaborative team culture, promote innovative curriculum development, and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality. As a strategic leader, you will drive initiatives that support the growth and success of both students and staff, creating a vibrant community dedicated to early childhood excellence. Duties Provide strategic direction and leadership for the preschool, aligning goals with organizational mission and values Develop and implement innovative curricula that promote developmental milestones, creativity, and social-emotional learning Oversee daily operations, including staff management, classroom supervision, and student engagement activities Lead fundraising efforts to secure resources for program enhancements, facility improvements, and special projects Manage the preschool budget effectively, ensuring fiscal responsibility while maintaining high-quality standards Supervise teaching staff through coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities Foster strong relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders to enhance program visibility and support Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and educational policies Experience Proven experience in education administration or preschool management with a minimum of several years in leadership roles Extensive background in curriculum development tailored to early childhood education Demonstrated success in fundraising activities and resource development within educational settings Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to set clear objectives and execute initiatives effectively Experience managing budgets, staffing, and supervising teams in a dynamic environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences through public speaking and community outreach Classroom teaching experience with young children is highly desirable to inform effective leadership decisions
Pay:
$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
