As a Site Director, you'll play a key leadership role in building a successful program, supporting teachers, and creating positive experiences for children and families. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team of teachers Create engaging and enriching learning experiences using our nationally recognized curriculum Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and educational standards Partner with families to provide the highest quality care and education Build strong relationships with teachers, school and district leaders, community partners, and licensing agencies Drive enrollment and recruitment efforts for new families and students Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive site culture
Qualifications Required:
