We're hiring a Center Director to guide a child care team, champion a positive culture, and make sure the day runs smoother than morning drop-off traffic (we believe in you).

The Center Director is the heartbeat of the school—supporting teachers, partnering with families, and ensuring everything behind the scenes runs like a well-loved routine. You'll create an environment where children feel safe and inspired, and where staff feel supported, encouraged, and ready to bring their best every day.

Leadership that lifts others up: You coordinate schedules, coach your team, and help staff grow in their roles. A love for quality & compliance: You keep the center aligned with licensing standards and maintain a warm, welcoming space families trust.

What You Bring:
Age 21+ High school diploma or equivalent (higher education in Early Childhood Education or related fields is a big plus) Ability to meet state licensing and center requirements 1-2 years of leadership or management experience; early childhood experience strongly preferred
