Daycare Director

Description Holy Angels School is a PK-8th grade Catholic school serving a diverse community in Arcadia. Since 1946, Holy Angels School has been dedicated to educating students academically, spiritually, and socially within a faith-filled environment. Holy Angels School is seeking a Daycare Director who possesses strong rapport-building skills with staff, parents, and students. The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, and demonstrates excellent supervision and management skills while creating a safe, engaging, and welcoming environment for children. The Daycare Director will work with students ranging in age from 3 years old through 14 years old and must be able to confidently manage and direct a large group of children with the assistance of a daycare aide. We are looking for a creative individual who enjoys interacting with students and families while building positive relationships within the school community. Responsibilities include supervising students during daycare hours, planning engaging activities, maintaining a structured and safe environment, communicating effectively with families and staff, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the program. Daycare hours are Monday through Friday from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM.

Requirements Qualifications Preferred:

Wage Range The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range. We consider a number of factors when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, training and other department needs.
