Role:

Join M and C Creekside LLC as a Preschool Director in Sacramento, CA, where you will lead a passionate team dedicated to nurturing young minds. This exciting opportunity allows you to shape the educational experience of our preschoolers while fostering a supportive and engaging environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the preschool, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes holistic child development. Lead, mentor, and support a team of educators in best practices and professional growth. Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations and health standards. Engage with parents and the community to foster strong relationships and communication. Conduct regular assessments of children's progress and program effectiveness. Manage budget and resources to ensure optimal program delivery. Organize and participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and community events.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field or Site Supervisor Permit. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting. Strong leadership skills with a passion for early childhood education. Valid CPR and First Aid certification. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of state regulations and best practices in early childhood education. Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
