Starting Pay:

Hourly pay rate: $20.00 , depending on education and experience. Are You Qualified? Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children. Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more! If you have the following, we would love to speak with you: Minimum of 12 units in ECE, including a curriculum course At least 2 years experience working in a school or childcare setting Ability to work indoors and outdoors with children, stand and stoop repeatedly throughout the day, and lift up to 40lbs Strong collaboration and communication skills are required. Patience, a nurturing attitude, and a sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners are essential to this position.
