Job Summary Job Summary Position Overview San Diego Hebrew Day School is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and collaborative Preschool Director to lead and grow our early childhood program. The Preschool Director oversees all aspects of the preschool, including program development, licensing compliance, faculty supervision, and family engagement. We are looking for a strong educational leader with deep expertise in early childhood education and a meaningful understanding of Jewish values, culture, and traditions. The ideal candidate brings prior leadership experience, is highly approachable, and fosters a culture of open communication and collaboration. This individual will play a key role in cultivating a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children, families, and staff.
