Director of Preschool

Lil Charmer's is looking for a passionate, organized, and experienced Preschool Director to lead our growing program. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is knowledgeable in California Title 22 regulations, enjoys building positive relationships with families and staff, and is dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, supporting and mentoring teachers, maintaining licensing compliance, communicating with families, and helping our program continue to grow and thrive. We are looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, and truly passionate about early childhood education.
