This role focuses on ensuring compliance with Colorado regulations, managing student and employee files, overseeing daily operations and staff scheduling, and filling in as a lead teacher when needed to maintain appropriate student to teacher ratios. Since this is an entry level position, we would prefer a minimum of an associate degree with director qualification but may be willing to train a lead teacher and help obtain a director's qualification. We welcome candidates who are starting their careers and eager to learn.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Director Certified in PDIS, or an associate degree or higher in early childhood education or a related field, experience teaching children from two and a half through six years old.
• Experience across toddler and preschool settings, and some prior administration experience in a childcare center is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for early childhood learning are essential.

Employee Leadership and Responsibility:

• Managing the team to ensure curriculum is executed in alignment with brand standards.
• Fostering a growth mindset to train, coach, and develop for the future.
• Listens objectively to employee concerns and planning a recommended course of action.
• Manage all new hire paperwork and employee files in compliance with state licensing regulations.
• Building and communicating weekly schedules with daily management of classroom ratios.

Customer Focus:

• Regularly communicate with families regarding student progress or concerns using parent-pleasing language.
• Regularly audits and maintains all records and files for students.
• Ensuring the physical environment and health safety standards are in full compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
• Manage relationships with state licensors and conduct center evaluations.
• Responsible for accident and injury reporting and medication management.
• Manages new customer administration of files in compliance with state licensing regulations.

Pay:

$45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
