What We're Looking For:

At least a CDA , with an ECE Associate's or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred Experience in child care center management or a similar leadership role Someone who currently holds—or is willing to obtain— A CT Head Teacher Certificate An Administration Course/Class A plus: familiarity with NAEYC Accreditation A collaborative spirit, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating a warm, consistent, and joyful environment for children and staff •About the
