Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive early childhood education programs aligned with best practices and regulatory standards. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of educators, administrative staff, and support personnel to ensure high performance and professional growth. Oversee budgeting processes, resource allocation, and financial planning to maintain program sustainability and quality. Establish strategic goals for program expansion, curriculum enhancement, and community outreach initiatives. Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements, safety protocols, and educational regulations at local, state, or national levels. Foster strong relationships with families, community partners, and stakeholders to promote program visibility and engagement. Monitor program outcomes through assessments and feedback to continually improve the quality of early childhood services. Requirements Proven experience in education administration within early childhood or related fields. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and inspire excellence. Strong background in strategic planning and budgeting to support program growth and sustainability. Knowledge of regulations governing early childhood education at local or national levels. Experience working within university settings or higher education environments is highly desirable. A solid foundation in teaching methods for young children coupled with a passion for early childhood development. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with staff, families, community partners, and regulatory agencies. Pay:

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
