Preschool Administrator 1135 Clay Street, Fleming Island, FL 32003 From $19 an hour - Full-time From $19 an hour - Full-time Join Our Leadership Team Kiddie Academy of Fleming Island is seeking an experienced, passionate, and organized Preschool Administrator to help lead our early childhood education program. This leadership role is ideal for an individual who is committed to providing exceptional care, fostering educational excellence, supporting staff development, and maintaining compliance with all state licensing requirements. As a Preschool Administrator, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring a safe and nurturing learning environment, building strong relationships with families, and supporting the overall success of our academy. Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool program Ensure compliance with all Florida licensing regulations, accreditation standards, and company policies Support recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and retention of teaching staff Conduct classroom observations and provide ongoing feedback to support instructional excellence Monitor curriculum implementation and promote developmentally appropriate learning experiences Maintain accurate records, enrollment documentation, and licensing files Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members Assist with enrollment growth initiatives, tours, and community outreach efforts Support staff scheduling and daily classroom coverage needs Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are consistently maintained Address parent concerns professionally and effectively Partner with academy leadership to achieve operational and educational goals Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional workplace culture Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a licensed childcare center, preschool, or early childhood education setting CDA required Florida Director Credential preferred. Will be required to obtain within a designated timeframe Strong knowledge of Florida childcare licensing regulations and compliance standards Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred Demonstrated experience supervising and coaching staff Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office and childcare management software preferred CPR and First Aid Certification preferred or willingness to obtain Successful completion of all required background screenings and state-mandated training What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications Professional development and advancement opportunities Supportive leadership team and positive work environment Paid time off and holiday benefits Childcare tuition discounts Opportunity to make a lasting impact on children, families, and educators Why Kiddie Academy?
