Our school is Jewish Focused, so the ideal candidate has significant experience in the realm of Jewish Early Childhood Education. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership to develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that promotes holistic growth and learning for preschool students. Manage daily operations, including staff supervision, classroom management, and ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards. Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development for teaching staff and administrative personnel. Foster positive relationships with families through regular communication, parent meetings, and community engagement initiatives. Oversee budgeting processes, resource allocation, and fundraising efforts to support program sustainability and growth. Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance program quality, expand enrollment, and strengthen community partnerships. Monitor student progress and ensure that educational activities meet developmental milestones while maintaining a joyful learning environment. Skills Proven experience in education administration within early childhood or preschool settings. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and motivate staff toward shared goals. Expertise in curriculum development tailored to preschool-aged children that encourages creativity, social-emotional learning, and foundational skills. Excellent public speaking and communication skills to engage with parents, staff, community partners, and stakeholders. Ability to develop budgets, manage resources efficiently, and participate in fundraising activities to support program initiatives. Supervising experience with a focus on fostering a positive work environment and continuous improvement.
