• Full-time Love Tree Learning Center is looking for a reliable, experienced, and flexible Assistant Director to join our growing team!

We are seeking someone who is passionate about early childhood education and able to help lead daily operations while maintaining a positive and nurturing environment for children, staff, and families.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily center operations Help maintain DCF compliance and classroom ratios Support and supervise teachers/staff Open and/or close the center as needed Communicate professionally with parents and staff Help with scheduling, attendance, and classroom coverage Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment Assist with tours and enrollment inquiries

Requirements:

Previous childcare management or leadership experience preferred DCF 45 Hours required Director Credential preferred (or willing to obtain) Reliable transportation and strong attendance Flexible schedule

• must be able to open or close Strong communication and organizational skills Experience with Procare is a plus Bilingual is a plus
