In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of the center, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children, staff, and families. Your leadership will drive program excellence, foster positive relationships, and promote the center's mission to support children's development and learning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape early childhood experiences while managing a dynamic team committed to educational excellence. Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare programs aligned with best practices and regulatory standards Develop and implement curriculum plans that promote holistic child development, including social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth Manage the center's budget, oversee financial planning, and ensure fiscal responsibility across all operations Lead fundraising efforts and community outreach initiatives to support program sustainability and growth Supervise staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development to maintain a motivated and skilled team Foster a positive and inclusive environment by supervising classroom activities, supporting teachers with classroom experience, and ensuring compliance with safety policies Engage with parents and community stakeholders through public speaking engagements, meetings, and collaborative events to strengthen relationships and promote transparency Skills Extensive experience in education administration with a strong background in managing early childhood programs Proven leadership skills with experience in senior management roles within childcare or educational settings Expertise in curriculum development tailored to diverse learning needs Strong budgeting skills coupled with experience in financial planning and resource allocation Excellent public speaking abilities for community engagement and stakeholder communication Supervising experience that demonstrates effective team management and staff development Knowledge of regulations governing childcare centers and compliance standards Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, fundraising initiatives, and managing complex projects Classroom experience working directly with young children to understand their developmental needs Join us as we cultivate an inspiring environment where children thrive through innovative programs led by passionate leaders.
