You will play a crucial role in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational programs that align with state regulations and promote the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of preschool-aged children
• Manage the preschool's budget effectively to ensure financial sustainability
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff members to maintain a positive and collaborative work environment
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and community members to create a supportive network for the preschool
• Conduct strategic planning to set goals and objectives for the preschool's growth and development
• Oversee daily operations, including enrollment management, curriculum planning, and facility maintenance Skills
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate staff members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate parents, teachers, and children
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management to ensure the preschool's fiscal health
• Strategic planning abilities to set long-term objectives and drive continuous improvement
• Background in Education Administration or related field from a reputable university is preferred
