Summary We are seeking a Preschool Director to lead our team at Amore Learning Academy. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily operations of our preschool program, ensuring that we provide a nurturing and educational environment for all children. Your leadership will be instrumental in upholding our mission and values while fostering a culture of excellence among our staff. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the preschool program, ensuring compliance with state regulations and quality standards. Lead and mentor teaching staff, providing ongoing support and professional development opportunities. Develop and implement strategic plans for curriculum development and program improvement. Manage tuition collections and follow budgets. Foster an emotionally supportive environment that promotes team bonding /collaboration with your staff and promotes children's social-emotional development. Engage with parents and the community to build strong relationships and enhance program visibility. Requirements Valid Florida Director's Credential with VPK Endorsement Valid Staff Credential with VPK teacher requirements Proven experience in education administration or leadership roles within early childhood settings. Strong understanding and training of of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with staff, parents, and children. Excellent leadership skills to motivate, inspire, and connect with your team and families. Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and budgeting management. Have the desire to collaborate and connect with fellow directors.
