Daycare Director

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Daycare Director to lead and manage a vibrant early childhood education center. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, foster a nurturing environment for children, and ensure the highest standards of care and education are maintained. You must be willing to be CPI trained and go through Rbt training Duties Lead the daily operations of the daycare center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning Supervise and support a team of teachers, caregivers, and support staff to deliver exceptional care and education Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote childhood development, early learning, and social-emotional growth Maintain compliance with licensing regulations, safety standards, and health protocols at all times Foster positive relationships with families through regular communication, updates, and parent engagement initiatives Oversee classroom management to ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children of all ages including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and children with special needs Manage administrative tasks such as enrollment procedures, staff scheduling, budgeting, and record-keeping Ensure staff are trained in first aid, behavior management techniques, and inclusive practices for working with children with disabilities Requirements Proven experience working with children in daycare or preschool settings with classroom management skills Strong background in early childhood education principles and childhood development theories Experience in supervising or managing childcare staff or educators Knowledge of licensing requirements for childcare centers and safety regulations Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional certifications in special education or working with individuals with disabilities are highly desirable Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and team members Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Passion for nurturing young minds and fostering inclusive learning environments Join us as our Daycare Director to lead a dynamic team dedicated to enriching children's lives through quality care and early education.
