Who We're Looking For:
A leader with 1•3 years of experience in early childhood education or a similar leadership role Someone with a CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Early Childhood Education or related field Certified or licensed as required by your state•you know the drill! A communication champ with a heart for kids, families, and staff A multitasking master who can juggle schedules, tasks, and surprises with grace Flexible, hands-on, and ready to jump in wherever needed
