Competitive pay:

What You'll Do This role allows you to make a meaningful impact during critical out-of-school hours.

You will:

Lead and supervise a group of teachers to create unique and engaging classroom experiences, leverage and develop "best in class" educators to be passionate and committed professionals Ensure your site is operating effectively; maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards Partner with parents with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, school and district leaders, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and corporate partners Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families and children in our sites The program operates Monday through Friday, with hours from 6:30AM-7:55AM and 2:55PM-6:00PM, totaling 32 hours per week. You will have admin time outside of program hours as well. This includes time allocated for lesson planning, parent communication, and other related tasks. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a team environment, brings enthusiasm to their work, and has: Must be at least 21 years old High school diploma or GED required Coursework or training in business administration, supervision, budgeting, record keeping, or related administrative functions Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Experience working with children in a licensed child care, preschool, or school-age program preferred Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field preferred Must meet Iowa licensing requirements for a Center Director, including required education, experience, and training qualifications Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills required Let's Work Together!
