Job Description

What You'll Do:
Provide leadership and supervision for Early Head Start & Head Start Preschool programs Support staff, families, and children in achieving program success Ensure high-quality services for early childhood development
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Child Development or a related field Experience in administration preferred Passion for working with young children and families Strong leadership and communication skills Upper Des Moines Opportunity, Inc. (UDMO) is seeking a positive, self-motivated leader to join our team as a Head Start Coordinator serving the Storm Lake area. This position plays a vital role in overseeing Early Head Start and Head Start Preschool programs , supporting children from pregnancy through age 5 and their families.
