Duties Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Understand Head Start Standards
• Plan both long term and short term activities that aligns with our curriculum and that's developmentally appropriate.
• Meet the emotional, social, physical and cognitive needs of each child
• Prepare weekly lesson plans and be prepared for the forth coming weeks.
• Complete screenings and assessments of children bi- annually
• Communicate with parents daily and report progress of children to parents.
• Maintain daily open communication with team members and staff
• Exhibit strong leadership skills and teamwork
• Associate's In Early Childhood Education
• Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education Requirements Proven experience in tutoring or educational leadership roles is preferred.

Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Experience in behavior management techniques to support children's emotional well-being. Familiarity with literacy education methodologies and math instruction strategies. Background in daycare or toddler care settings is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with staff, parents, and the community. Ability to educate staff on best practices in early childhood education. A commitment to creating a positive learning environment that encourages growth and development.
