Duties Lead the overall management of the childcare center, including staff supervision, curriculum implementation, and compliance with licensing regulations Develop and maintain positive relationships with families, ensuring open communication and exceptional service Oversee staff recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development Coordinate educational activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development for children Manage daily operations such as enrollment processes, health and safety protocols, and facility maintenance Ensure adherence to all state and local regulations related to childcare licensing and safety standards Foster a welcoming environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement Skills Proven experience in education administration or leadership within early childhood or similar settings Strong background in higher education teaching or university experience related to education or child development Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, families, staff, and community partners Ability to organize multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail Demonstrated knowledge of working with students or young children in educational settings Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and a shared vision for quality care Familiarity with curriculum development, regulatory compliance, and best practices in early childhood education Join us in shaping the future by providing a safe, enriching environment where children can thrive!
