What You'll Do:

Lead and oversee early childhood programs, including preschool and Early Head Start, to ensure safe, inclusive environments Support and develop management staff, while guiding teachers and strengthening family and community partnerships Manage program operations, budgets, enrollment, and reporting to meet the needs of children and families Ensure compliance with licensing, accreditation, and federal program standards

What We're Looking For:

Experience leading early childhood programs and supporting children ages 0-5 and their families A collaborative leader who values family engagement, staff development, and inclusive learning environments Someone organized and dependable who can manage programs, budgets, and regulatory expectations A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, along with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ready to Get Started?
