This leadership role requires a passionate individual committed to fostering a nurturing learning environment for homeschool families rooted in Christian values. The Director will be responsible for managing staff, developing curriculum, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational experiences for students of various ages. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a faith-based community while demonstrating strong administrative and teaching skills. Duties Provides and coordinates the necessary support, resources, supervision, and leadership to provide nurturing care and education to children in group settings at the Center Ensures services are provided in accordance with the goals for the Center Maintains a safe, and enjoyable working and learning environment for staff and children Partners with parents on their homeschool journey for the best interest of their children Manages and resolves issues with and between the staff, children, and parents. Addresses personnel matters and implementing solutions that are in the best interest of the Center. Ensures staff comply with all Center policies and procedures. Implements school growth and enrollment strategies Develops innovative solutions to address the challenges unique to the center, and actively contribute to their implementation Raises funds with the Board of Directors to support center operations Skills Higher education teaching experience with a background in education administration preferred Proven experience working with students in an educational setting Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively Excellent organizational and communication skills Familiarity with university-level education or experience in higher education settings is advantageous Deep understanding of Christian teachings and values to integrate into educational programming Ability to adapt curriculum to diverse student needs while maintaining academic integrity Passion for faith-based education and community service

Pay:

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
