Future Leaders Learning Center is seeking a dedicated, organized, and motivated Director to join our leadership team.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily center operations
  • Support and coach teaching staff
  • Ensure EEC compliance and licensing requirements are met
  • Build positive relationships with families
  • Manage enrollment, tours, and family communication
  • Conduct classroom observations and staff support
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment
Qualifications:
  • EEC Director I or Director II Certification
  • Early Childhood Education experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of EEC regulations and licensing requirements
  • Ability to lead with professionalism, consistency, and teamwork
