Nurtury Early Education is seeking a dynamic Program Director to lead our Nurtury Learning Lab in Jamaica Plain. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations at our early learning center, ensure compliance with the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) and accreditation standards, guide staff development, and build strong partnerships with families.
What You'll Do:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop teaching staff of early childhood educators.
  • Maintain quality standards, smooth operations, and compliance with the Department of Early Education and Care (EEC).
  • Support curriculum planning and program improvement.
  • Oversee enrollment, schedules, budgets, and center needs.
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with families and the community.

Qualifications:
  • EEC Director II certified (required)
  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in early childhood education or related field
  • Experienced with 3-5+ years in early childhood program leadership
  • Strong in leadership, communication, coaching, operations, and team building
  • Knowledgeable about EEC licensing, accreditation standards, and best practices

    $75,000
    • $85,000 annually
