Senior Director Pay:
$85,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year Lead schools you can be proud of. Our Future Learning Center is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Director to take the reins at one to two of our schools. This is a senior leadership role for someone who loves running great programs, building strong teams, and being the person a school can count on. You will be the main leader for your assigned schools. You will guide and develop the directors who run them day to day, and you will have the experience and presence to step in and run a school yourself when the moment calls for it. Flexible on location We are posting this role in the Boston area, but we are open on where you are based. OFLC operates schools across Greater Boston and the surrounding MetroWest and South Shore communities. We build your school portfolio around where you live and which school needs support most, so the right leader near any of our schools is encouraged to apply. What you will do Lead one to two OFLC schools as the main point of contact and senior leader for each. Coach and develop the directors and teaching teams at your schools, and grow the next generation of leaders. Step in to run a school directly when needed, so your sites never miss a beat. Build genuine relationships with families and partner with them to support every child. Keep your schools operating at the highest standard for quality, safety, and compliance. What we are looking for BA, preferably in early childhood education or a related field. Director II certification through the Mass. Department of Early Education and Care. Five or more years of managerial experience in education or early education. A confident, people first leader who is ready to own more than one school and grow with us. Schedule Full-time, Monday through Friday, available during school operating hours from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
