Nurtury is seeking an experienced Senior Director of Early Learning Centers to provide comprehensive educational, operational, and supervisory oversight across all three Nurtury Early Learning Centers. This position ensures overall program quality, safety, and operational excellence while keeping each center aligned with Nurtury s mission and strategic priorities. What You ll
Do:
Directly manage and supervise the Assistant Director of Early Learning Centers and Program Directors across multiple centers Provide strategic guidance on EEC licensing requirements, instructional practice, quality standards, early education program design, classroom environments, and overall center operations Oversee the preparation of all program budgets; authorize all expenditures within budget limits Assist in strategic and operational planning and organizational policy development. Attend Board and subcommittee meetings (as required). Develop and maintain relationships with Nurtury s program communities and EEC partner agencies Monitor documentation and evaluation according to EEC and NAEYC standards and manage licensing Full job description available upon request
You:
Are EEC Director II certified ( required ) Hold a Bachelor s Degree, preferably in EEC or related field Are experienced with 10+ years in early childhood program leadership Are strong in integrity, leadership, communication, collaboration, operations, and team building Are Knowledgeable about EEC management, policies and administration
