Bachelor\'s in Early Childhood Education or related field (or willingness to obtain) 5+ years as a Lead Teacher in a preschool classroom EEC Lead Teacher certified (Director I/II preferred or willing to obtain) Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills Must be able to pass a

CORI/SORI/DCF

What You\'ll Do:

- Lead and support preschool staff Ensure high-quality curriculum in every classroom Maintain EEC compliance Build strong relationships with staff and families Step in and lead by example when needed

Pay:
