Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate, organized, and experienced Childcare Center Director to lead our program. The Director is responsible for the overall management of the center, including staff leadership, daily operations, licensing compliance, and maintaining a high-quality learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the childcare center Ensure full compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations Hire, train, and supervise teaching staff Foster a positive, supportive team culture Build strong relationships with families and the community Manage enrollment, scheduling, and staffing ratios Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation Handle parent communication and concerns professionally Ensure classrooms provide a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment

Qualifications:

Director certification through Massachusetts EEC (required) Minimum 2-3 years of leadership experience in a childcare setting Strong knowledge of EEC regulations and licensing requirements Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
