Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist the Center Director in managing daily operations and ensuring compliance with state regulations. Support curriculum implementation and promote engaging learning experiences for children. Facilitate staff training and development to enhance team performance and morale. Build strong relationships with families and communicate effectively regarding children's progress. Monitor classroom environments to ensure safety and promote positive behavior. Conduct regular assessments and maintain accurate records of children's development. Collaborate with the Center Director in budgeting and resource management. Lead initiatives to foster a welcoming and inclusive community for children and families.

Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a childcare setting. Strong understanding of child development and early childhood education principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with families and staff. CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain. Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse team. Passion for creating a positive learning environment for children. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
