Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Certified Director of our Infant/Toddler/Preschool to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Your expertise will help lay a strong foundation for lifelong learning and well-being. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that promote early childhood development, literacy education, and social skills. Plan and execute engaging lesson plans tailored to infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children, incorporating Montessori and other educational philosophies as appropriate. Manage classroom activities to ensure a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Support children with special education needs through individualized strategies and early intervention techniques. Utilize effective behavior management strategies to promote positive conduct and emotional regulation among children. Collaborate with families, colleagues, and specialists to support each child's welfare and developmental progress. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor growth and inform instructional adjustments. Qualifications Valid certification in early childhood education for infants, toddlers, or preschool levels. Proven classroom experience working with young children in daycare, private school, or similar settings. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, curriculum development, classroom management, and behavior management techniques. Experience with special education practices, early intervention programs, and literacy education strategies. Familiarity with Montessori methods, teaching physical education, math instruction, and classroom technology tools. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Pay:
