Job Description

Trinity Lutheran Church, School, and Early Childhood Center is seeking an experienced Early Childhood Center Director. The candidate is to be a committed Christian and demonstrates Christ-centered leadership. The ECC Director will lead the daily operations of our growing early childhood program, including staff supervision, curriculum oversight, licensing compliance, and family engagement. This role partners with church leadership to advance our mission of making "fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ". Basic Qualifications
  • Meet Michigan childcare licensing requirements
  • CPR/First Aid Certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • TB test upon hire
  • Be on-site for a minimum of 6 hours/day
  • Attain 24 hours of additional training in the Early Childhood field each year
  • Early childhood experience (leadership preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for working with children and families
  • Committed Christian who supports the ECC mission This is a full-time salaried position with pension and benefits.
