  • Oversee the daily operations of the child care center, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children.
  • Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum that align with state regulations and promote child development.
  • Hire, train, and supervise child care staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to enrollment, attendance, and staff certifications.
  • Collaborate with parents/guardians to address any concerns or issues regarding their child's care and development.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, provide professional development opportunities, and foster a positive team culture.
  • Ensure compliance with all licensing requirements, health and safety regulations, and accreditation standards. ```Requirements```
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a child care setting, is a must. Experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with children, parents/guardians, and staff members.
  • Familiarity with state licensing regulations and accreditation standards for child care centers.
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Experience working with diverse populations of children and families.
