Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership to ensure the center operates efficiently, effectively, and in alignment with educational standards and organizational goals Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that promote early childhood development, creativity, and social-emotional growth Manage all administrative functions including staffing, compliance with licensing regulations, and record-keeping Lead recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of staff to maintain a motivated and professional team Cultivate strong relationships with families through regular communication, public speaking engagements, and community outreach Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children by supervising classroom activities and maintaining health and safety protocols Experience Proven experience in education administration or early childhood management with a focus on classroom experience and working directly with students Demonstrated leadership in managing teams of educators or childcare professionals with supervisory experience Strong background in curriculum development tailored to early childhood learning standards Excellent public speaking skills to represent the center at community events Knowledge of licensing requirements and best practices in education administration Prior management experience within a childcare or educational setting is highly preferred Ninety (90) college semester hours. Eighteen (18) of the ninety (90) hours must be in child-related courses; or thirty-six (36) months experience and eighteen (18) college semester hours in child related courses. Must pass background screening. Must have CPR/First Aid (Pediatric). Must have physical and TB test. Experience in childcare management required.
