Overview Join us as the Director of Christ Early Learning Center and lead a vibrant, nurturing environment dedicated to early childhood education. In this role, you will oversee the strategic vision, daily operations, and educational excellence of the center. Your leadership will inspire a team of passionate staff, foster strong relationships with families, and ensure the delivery of high-quality learning experiences that promote growth, development, and joy for young children. Develop and implement innovative curriculum plans that support developmental milestones and foster creativity, curiosity, and learning in young children. Lead strategic planning initiatives to expand program offerings and enhance educational quality. Oversee budgeting processes to ensure financial sustainability while maintaining high standards of care and education. Manage recruitment, supervision, and professional development of staff to build a motivated, skilled team. Cultivate relationships with families through effective communication. Ensure compliance with licensing regulations, health and safety standards, and educational policies to provide a safe and enriching environment for children. Skills Extensive experience in early childhood development. Proven leadership skills in managing teams, supervising staff, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Strong background in curriculum development. Demonstrated classroom experience working directly with babies and young children and understanding their developmental needs. Effective management skills with the ability to oversee multiple programs while maintaining attention to detail. Experience ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements.
