as a ChildCafe Director, where you will lead our innovative approach to early childhood education and nutrition. This exciting position allows you to create a nurturing environment that promotes healthy eating habits and learning through play.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the ChildCafe, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children. Plan and implement nutritious meal programs that meet dietary guidelines for young children. Collaborate with educators to integrate nutrition education into the curriculum. Manage staff, providing training and support to ensure high-quality service and care. Engage with parents and the community to promote healthy eating and wellness initiatives. Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making improvements as needed. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations in food preparation and service. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive atmosphere for children and staff alike.

Requirements:

Experience in a leadership role within a childcare or educational setting. Strong knowledge of nutrition standards and dietary guidelines for children. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with a team. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain. Passion for promoting healthy lifestyles and early childhood development. Background check clearance required prior to employment.
