Job Description

Preschool Curriculum & Quality Control Administrator Confidential Chapel Hill, NC 27516 $21.50 an hour - Full-time $21.50 an hour - Full-time Do you love working with children and helping teachers grow? Are you an organized, detail-oriented educator who enjoys improving classroom quality and supporting others? We are seeking a Preschool Curriculum & Quality Control Administrator to help maintain high standards across our preschool locations. This position combines hands-on classroom support with administrative responsibilities. Approximately 80% of your time will be spent in classrooms working alongside teachers, and 20% will involve office-based tasks related to quality improvement and planning.
What You'll Do:
Classroom Support (Approximately 80%) Spend time in classrooms observing and supporting teachers Demonstrate effective teaching techniques and classroom management strategies Coach and mentor teachers to improve instructional quality Help ensure classrooms are engaging, organized, and developmentally appropriate Model best practices in early childhood education Provide feedback and encouragement to teaching staff Administrative Responsibilities (Approximately 20%) Record observations and maintain documentation regarding classroom quality Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations Work with administrative staff to develop improvement plans Assist with curriculum implementation and quality initiatives Help order classroom materials and supplies as needed Participate in meetings and collaborate with leadership teams Schedule This is a full-time position. Our schools operate from 7:15 AM to 5:45 PM , and employees typically work an 8-hour day plus a 1-hour lunch break . Schedules may vary within our operating hours. Travel This position requires traveling between our preschool locations. All locations are within approximately a 15-minute drive of each other . Qualifications Experience working in a preschool or early childhood education setting required Strong understanding of classroom management and developmentally appropriate practices Ability to coach, mentor, and communicate effectively with teachers Strong organizational and observation skills Comfortable balancing hands-on classroom work with administrative responsibilities Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between locations Why Join Us?
