Job Description

Site Director
  • Kids Club 242 West Grant Street, Papillion, NE 68046 Full-time Full-time Make a difference on our dynamic Kids Club team as a Site Director. As a Site Director you'll have the opportunity to use your strong leadership skills and positivity to create a safe and fun environment for elementary aged children in our before and after school program
  • Kids Club.
Responsibilities for a Site Director include site and staff management, while ensuring the needs of all children are being properly met. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for children, excellent customer service skills, and an understanding of the State of Nebraska child care rules and regulations.
KEY DUTIES
  • Responsible for planning and implementing all daily site activities
  • Manage all site staff
  • Completes weekly paperwork and reports
  • Oversee menus, field trip schedules, vendor contracts, and bus schedules
  • Maintains all Child Care Subsidy records
  • Purchases and maintains all site supplies and food
  • Adheres and monitors a budget regularly
QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Must be at least 19 years old
  • 3000 hours of successful verifiable years of childcare experience
  • Strong leadership and professional communication skills
  • Must meet all minimum requirements as outlined by the Nebraska Health and Human Services Child Licensing Division
