Job Description
This position will begin mid-August. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Site Director to lead our out-of-school time program and inspire a culture of learning, belonging, and growth. As the Site Director, you will oversee program operations, staff development, family engagement, and student experiences while ensuring compliance with licensing and organizational standards. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about youth development, committed to building community connections, and dedicated to creating a safe and enriching environment where every child can thrive beyond the school day.
