Job Description

This position will begin mid-August. We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Site Director to lead our out-of-school time program and inspire a culture of learning, belonging, and growth. As the Site Director, you will oversee program operations, staff development, family engagement, and student experiences while ensuring compliance with licensing and organizational standards. This leadership role is ideal for someone who is passionate about youth development, committed to building community connections, and dedicated to creating a safe and enriching environment where every child can thrive beyond the school day. You will work closely with our team to create a supportive classroom environment and will be responsible for developing a curriculum that is age-appropriate and fun. We are looking for candidates who are interested in making a difference in the lives of young children, parents, and teachers alike!
Responsibilities:
Build relationships with children and foster social emotional skills Respect and communicate with parents' when dealing with issues such as behavior, discipline and religion.. Supervise students during class activities to ensure that all policies are being followed.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 20 years of age CPR and First Aid Certified Preferred experience 6+ credits in Early education, education or a related field
