- Full-time ABA Company Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Director BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) to lead our behavioral health team dedicated to supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders, including autism spectrum disorders.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee clinical operations, ensure the delivery of high-quality behavioral therapy services, and foster a positive, growth-oriented environment for both staff and clients. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), patient assessment, and behavioral psychological assessments will drive effective treatment plans and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Duties Lead and supervise a team of behavior analysts, therapists, and support staff to deliver evidence-based ABA interventions for individuals with autism Oversee intake processes, including patient assessment, diagnostic evaluation, and functional assessments to develop personalized treatment plans Ensure accurate data collection, medical documentation, and maintenance of medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Conduct behavioral health evaluations, behavioral psychological assessments, and progress reviews to monitor client outcomes Provide direct supervision of clinical staff, including training on applied behavior analysis techniques, behavior management strategies, and documentation standards Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans and support services across home-based and clinic settings Manage operational aspects such as scheduling, resource allocation, quality assurance, and compliance with healthcare laws and regulations Qualifications Valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with current licensure or certification in applicable states Extensive experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders Proven expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and functional assessments Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical documentation practices, and HIPAA compliance standards Experience conducting diagnostic evaluations for autism spectrum disorders support and behavioral health assessments Background in special education or related fields is highly desirable Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards of patient care Join our team to lead impactful programs that transform lives!
